These draft website terms are prepared for NISI Legal Systems Inc. (“NISI”, “we”, “us”). They concern GETNISI’s marketing content and interactive demonstration. They are not a subscription agreement, data-processing agreement or licence for the live NISI application.
This version is a preview for review, not a final effective contract. Actual use of the product will need the relevant service terms, privacy information and any agreement with your practice.
The demonstration and legal information
Example names, messages, attachments, instructions and matter details are fictional. Answers and workflow results are scripted to illustrate product concepts; they are not the output of a live legal analysis of your circumstances.
Nothing on this website creates a lawyer–client relationship or substitutes for independent professional judgment. Do not rely on the demo to decide a legal position, calculate a deadline, file a document or act for a client. Qualified counsel remains responsible for the legal work of their practice.
Product descriptions and visuals may evolve. They do not guarantee availability of a particular feature, outcome, time saving, integration or launch date.
Early access and commercial terms
Get NISI opens an invitation to request access by email. The prepared message is sent only if you choose to send it through your email application. The website creates no app account, paid reservation, preorder, subscription, charge or obligation to purchase.
Sending an access request does not by itself guarantee access or create a paid service agreement. Any price, service scope, billing, cancellation or refund terms must be provided separately before a purchase. There is no payment or refund process in this preview.
Using the website
You may browse the website and explore the fictional demo for lawful evaluation. Do not use it to submit confidential client material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, interfere with the site or attempt unauthorised access to systems or information.
Respect the rights of others. Nothing here is intended to prevent conduct protected by applicable law.
Your demo inputs
An instruction typed in the demo updates the example in the open page. The site does not send it to a server or an AI service and does not create a real instruction to NISI Legal Systems Inc., a law firm or a lawyer.
